The Terms and Conditions for my Commissions.

 

This isn't boring, it took me so long to do so please read this... but I have done a video over on my Patreon which is free to WATCH if you want it all explained to you through a little video.

The drawings are for personal use only, unless you pay for the commercial option. The commercial price rates are the prices below with a 40% desired profit, e.g. on the headshot using the scrawlrbox option, for personal use it`s £6 however for Commercial use it`s £8.40, another example could be Full Character using Acrylics, when used for personal use its £22.50 however, for commercial use it`s £31.50. If you have any questions about commercial use or would like to bargain on my desired profit, please fill out the form or email me.  

 

 I will draw any character of your choice based on my style in 3500 x 3500 resolution (can be adjusted) in the best quality I can provide. This is if you have chosen the digital option. If you have chosen any of the traditional options, such as watercolor painting, you will get an A5 (and/or A4) whichever gives you the best quality resolution that I can provide. 

 

I can also give you a print of the commission, but you may have to pay for shipping. This can be talked about through our messages, if a print of the artwork is something that you would like.

 

When it comes to payment, you can pay on paypal and it`s ½ Price paid upfront, this makes you and myself feel secure within this transaction. However, The Artist reserves the right to refuse a project for personal reasons, this is unlikely but it could happen. Refusal will always occur before payment is rendered. There is no refund if I have started the piece, if I haven't, refunds are possible.

 

If you are part of my patreon family, Cre8tive Brushstrokes, you will have a code where you can get a 10% off discount, this has been sent to you as an email or message over on patreon. Add this code within the Commission Form so I know you have 10% off. 

 

Commissioner consents to the artist displaying finished work with attribution (if you want) in all digital galleries. This means if you want your name to be known, i will refer to you to the name you give me, and nothing more, no personal details will be given or show out what so ever. It's also the name (or nickname) to which I will be referring to you as. I've only added this term, if you choose to have your piece be part of a scrawlrbox video, where you will have no control of the supplies but the challenge and final piece. You will help me along the way of creating the final scrawlrbox piece. Artist consents to commissioner displaying finished product with Attribution. Attrition to Artist MUST be given with a link to Patreon and/or Website (or Linktree).
