Matt O`Halloran uses anything that is to hand, this would be basic tools such-as fine liners and inks. he can be very hands on approach and doesn`t really work with computers because he thinks that you don`t need expensive equipment or have digital media to create art. however he will use Photoshop to create his art, he will add images and doddles to get an idea then start drawing.
